GESC is looking for responsible, motivated, and energetic high school students entering grades 10-12 to participate in exciting internship opportunities. GESC is offering Urban Farmer Assistant and Animal Care Provider internships. Interns will create and complete a culminating project at the end of their internship and receive a certificate acknowledging and verifying their contributions to GESC at the conclusion of the internship. Interns are provided a daily MetroCard for travel to and from GESC. GESC also provides round-trip transportation via yellow school bus from Atlantic Ave-Barclay Center for the entirety of the program.
- If your application is received by April 13 and you are selected as a finalist, you will be invited for an interview at GESC during spring break. Finalists whose applications are received after April 13, or those who cannot interview during spring break, will be invited for an interview on Monday, April 25 or Tuesday, April 26. Interviews are by invite ONLY for selected finalists.
