The CU-SIAM Coding Bootcamp, held on the campus of Columbia University, has been teaching Python and Applied Math to high school students (9th-12th grades) since 2016. Participation in the MathWorks Math Modeling Challenge is recommended but not required.
The program is entirely FREE! You don't have to bring anything other than yourself to the virtual sessions. We especially encourage students who have made the most (not necessarily technically) out of the opportunities they have been given, students who identify themselves as part of an underrepresented group, and students from different schools to apply.
