Intro to AgTech

 

During the 10-week training (150 hours), participants assist in designing and building a home smart farm using advanced farming methods & integrative technologies.

 

In addition to our hands-on training, we provide in-depth career development support including resume workshops, mock interviews with our partners in our Employer Partner Network, and our Work Readiness Assessment to qualify participants’ readiness for various points of entry into the job market.

 

We match participants with 3-6 month paid internship opportunities through our Employer Partner Network to develop their transferable skills. Throughout and after this period, CFFG provides professional development and job placement support so that participants can find gainful employment in our target sectors.
