Futures and Options (FAO) provides paid, mentored internships and career readiness workshops to high school juniors and seniors. Students acquire meaningful hands-on work experience, gain entry to small businesses, nonprofits,government agencies, and multinational corporations,while making connections and creating networks that can last a lifetime.
Sample Intern Tasks/Projects:
• Answering phones, sending emails
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for marketing or research
• Data entry, Excel spreadsheet maintenance
• Filing, scanning, copying, other general administrative support
• Managing social media accounts
• Engaging with program or company clients and constituents.
