Internships

Career Essentials is an afterschool work-readiness and career exploration program for high school students (late October – late January). Students who successfully complete Career Essentials will be better prepared to apply for our Internship Program! Interested students can apply online.

Brooklyn Public Library is currently recruiting for several of their internship programs - 100+ spots between Librarians of Tomorrow, StoryTeen, BookMatch Teen, and Youth Council. Click on the link for details and applications.

NASA Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM) paid internships allow high school and college-level students to contribute to agency projects under the guidance of a NASA mentor. Click on the link below and check out the CDC google classroom for details on the projects and the application information for this program.

The Ranger Conservation Corps is a great urban environmental internship for high school students who are interested in the natural world or environmental issues.

Students who are interested in learning how their CTE skills and knowledge can be put into practice in the real world while earning money over the summer.
