Ladders for Leaders is a nationally recognized program that offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid professional summer internships with leading corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies in New York City.

New York City’s School Construction Authority opened its online application for the Summer Internship Program available to the NYC Public high school students. We are asking you to encourage and recommend your exceptional, enthusiastic, and equally hard-working students to apply. The Summer Internship Program will run from July 7th – August 15th, 2025, and will expose students to careers in business, construction and construction related areas. SIP provides students with the opportunity to work with industry professionals and explore potential career paths.
