Special Opportunities

The SIS Leadership Institute Program is a virtual program opportunity for students in grades 10-12 who are interested in making a difference in their community. As part of this program, students will build their leadership skills during spring break by attending a four-day virtual institute between March 29 and April 1 and three after-school sessions on April 15, April 29, and May 20. During these sessions, students will work in small groups to learn about issues such as Animal Welfare, the Environment, Housing, and Food Access and develop a live virtual lesson for students in grades 3-5 that will be delivered to their class during the week of May 25-28.
