Forensic Science Trip

18th Annual Forensic Science Symposium

This is a 1 day event where students will hear from a lineup of speakers that will discuss interesting cases in drug chemistry, crime scene reconstruction, DNA analysis and forensic investigation. The application is open to current high school students and the deadline to register is March 15, 2020.

Hk Maker Lab

This is a 6 week summer program where student will be able to learn the foundations of design, develop a biomedical device and an associated business plan to address a health problem. The application is open to high school students that demonstrate an economic or educational disadvantage, and the deadline is March 15th, 2020.

Carnegie Mellon's Summer Academy for Math and Science (SAMS)

This is a 6 week program where students will develop deeper understanding in areas such as mathematics, biology, physics and computer programming via traditional classroom instruction, hands-on projects and engagement activities. The application is open to current high school sophomores and juniors and the deadline is March 15, 2020
